Kim helps drive results by looking at the whole picture, ensuring every box is checked during the process and providing solutions to brand challenges. Her ability to identify efficiencies and bring continuity as well as a solution-driven mindset to every project provides a unique, added value to our clients business. During off-hours, Kim spends her time with family, friends and enjoying the outdoors – In that order.

Navigating the e-commerce and fulfillment world can be daunting for some, but not for Sarah. As our Director of e-Commerce Programs, she loves working with our clients and teams to find solutions and make the process enjoyable for all. With over 20 years of e-commerce and fulfillment experience, Sarah brings the passion for managing complex supply chain operations, optimizing fulfillment processes, and building exceptional customer experiences. Her ability to bring projects through to completion as efficiently and seamlessly as possible puts lots of smiles on clients' faces, as well as ours. Her passions outside of work include spending time with her family and kids (including four-legged family members), and travel!

When she’s not busy brainstorming with the team, Alison enjoys spending time with her kids and exploring new destinations through travel.

Our clients are our purpose at Safire, and that’s why Kristi is our Strategic Account Manager to help support our customers on all levels. Throughout her 20+ year career, Kristi has always had a strong focus on taking care of her accounts and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction, and at the end of the day a happy client is what makes her job most rewarding. Kristi brings a dedicated focus, drive and discipline to the team which all serves a part in obtaining goals for our business partners and company. Aside from helping clients achieve their goals, Kristi looks forward to spending time with her three children outside, especially if the perfect round of golf is involved.

Joy’s passion for her work and client satisfaction shines in her role as our Customer Service Representative. She gets her fuel for the job through her team members encouragement and excitement around projects, and is motivated to try new things outside of her comfort zone. Joy loves to communicate and help our clients in all types of requests, so her role as a CSR with our team is a perfect fit. Joy is most satisfied when she’s able to complete a job and meet the target dates of clients requests and orders – She will always double her effort to ensure the deadlines are met! When she’s not achieving client delight, she loves to catch up on Korean TV shows and cook Filipino food with family and friends.
